The African Leadership Group is calling on our community to show up—intentionally, visibly, and in force—for the Big Tent Summit, a statewide gathering focused on expanding opportunity and strengthening economic mobility across Colorado.
We are proud to partner with One Main Street Colorado, the NAACP State Conference, Servicios de la Raza, and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) to bring this moment to life.
This is not just another event. It is a working session about the future—who participates in it, and who benefits from it.
As we often say: If you are not at the table, you are on the menu.
Why this matters
For African and immigrant communities across Colorado, access to opportunity is not abstract—it is immediate, practical, and deeply personal. This summit is focused on real pathways forward:
- Access to good-paying jobs and career mobility
- Support for entrepreneurs and small business owners
- Housing stability and wealth-building opportunities
- Workforce development and skills training
- Partnerships that reflect and uplift our communities
These conversations will happen with or without us. The question is whether we are present to shape them.
