The African Leadership Group is seeking 28 volunteers to dedicate three hours of their time on an upcoming Saturday morning to help out at the Denver Botanic Gardens, one of our key community partners.
The gardens have been incredibly welcoming to ALG, and have made us feel as though the beautiful grounds are a second home. We would like to show our thanks by showing up in force from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 23 to help out with the following projects:
- Children’s Garden weeding and garden maintenance project for 10 volunteers
- Support our Greenhouses by washing pots, sorting in the nursery and general greenhouse maintenance for 12 volunteers
- Help by removing aquatic plants from one of our aquatic plant displays for 6 volunteers.
