ALG is an established Colorado nonprofit of 15 years created to serve the entire African immigrant community to help improve their quality of life. We do it through social, education and economic programs such as youth empowerment and public speaking classes reaching thousands of individuals. Every year during the month of August, we celebrate loudly and proudly the impact African immigrants have in the state of Colorado.

Would you like to LEARN HOW TO START AND GROW YOUR BUSINESS? The African Leadership Group is hosting a Entrepreneurship Workshop Facilitated by a well-known business professor and our very own Community Member, Dr. Jamal Bowen
Session 1: This in-person 6-week session will meet Mondays and Wednesdays beginning April 18 through May 25, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the African Leadership Group Center, 10700 E. Evans Avenue, Aurora, CO 80014.
You will:
- Meet and network with other local business owners
- Prepare a mini business plan
- Create your own pitch video
- Opportunity to present in front of Investors
- Learn how to market your business
- Mentorship
- Access to funding
- Compete for a scholarship
We are accepting 25 applicants
TUITION: $50
MUST BE 18+
