The African Leadership Group’s successful and trailblazing 2022 came to an end last month with two big events: The graduation of the second cohort of our leadership program, Leadership Africa (see videos and photos below), and a successful Colorado Gives Day fundraiser.
We are now accepting applications for our third Leadership Africa class, which will begin March 17 and run for nine months. Please consider applying for what we promise will be a life-changing experience.
Papa Dia and the entire ALG team extends a heartfelt ‘thank you’ to everyone who contributed to ALG in 2022. That includes not only those individuals who made financial donations on Colorado Gives Day, but everyone who attended one of our workshops or events throughout the year.
Our committees are busy throughout the year planning a wide array of activities, which would not be successful without the participation of you, our community. Whether it’s a homeownership workshop, a legal clinic, our health fair, or our annual Afrik Impact celebration, it is our people who make us what we are.
