• Receiving both doses of the vaccine is very important to ensure the best possible protection from COVID-19. A reminder – please bring your CDC vaccination card with you.
• If you have not already registered for your SECOND DOSE, please click this link to pick your time and answer the health questions.
• Masks are required to be worn by patients and guests at all times. Masks will be available for you onsite if needed.
• Don’t forget, the vaccine is administered to your upper arm. Please wear a short sleeve, loose fitting shirt – you will need to roll up a sleeve to shoulder level.
