ALG Yoga Class | July 27, 2024

African Leadership Group’s Women Empowerment Committee is excited to bring Yoga for the ladies to ALG, once a month! We believe that every yoga class is an opportunity to better ourselves as individuals, as a community, and as a society.
Every month in partnership with LaTerrell Bradford, a member of ALG’s Women’s Committee, we will host yoga at ALG, 10700 E. Evans Ave., Aurora, CO 80014 from 2PM to 3PM.
LaTerrell has been practicing yoga for over a decade and began teaching in 2015.
Please bring a towel, water and a yoga mat (a few yoga mats will be available).
This is a DONATION BASED CLASS (please donate whatever amount you want, or nothing at all.)
