ALG is an established Colorado nonprofit of 15 years created to serve the entire African immigrant community to help improve their quality of life. We do it through social, education and economic programs such as youth empowerment and public speaking classes reaching thousands of individuals. Every year during the month of August, we celebrate loudly and proudly the impact African immigrants have in the state of Colorado.

You are invited to the African Leadership Group (ALG) Health Fair on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 9AM to 1PM at the ALG Headquarters, 10700 E. Evans Ave., Aurora. CO 80014.
Sign up TODAY to get your blood work done at a low cost. NO INSURANCE OR PAPERS NEEDED!
- Affordable preventive lab screenings ranging from $8 to $20*
- Speak with local medical professionals and doctors one-on-one
- FREEÂ Flu Shots may be available
*No Fasting required. Check with your medical provider for specific recommendations. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER and continue to take prescription medications.
Must be 18+ years to participate in BLOOD SCREENINGS.
KIDS ARE WELCOME AND CAN PLAY SAFELY IN OUR KIDS’ ZONE, WHILE PARENTS ENJOY THE HEALTH FAIR!
FREE screenings at the health fair are also provided. You can visit a resource booth to talk about your physical and mental well-being.
