ALG is an established Colorado nonprofit of 15 years created to serve the entire African immigrant community to help improve their quality of life. We do it through social, education and economic programs such as youth empowerment and public speaking classes reaching thousands of individuals. Every year during the month of August, we celebrate loudly and proudly the impact African immigrants have in the state of Colorado.

ALG’s Monthly Legal Clinic

The African Leadership Group (ALG) Legal Committee is hosting its monthly Legal Clinic on Monday, November 21, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM via zoom.
The Legal Committee helps recruit and coordinate volunteer attorneys and legal professions to assist and enable Africans and the African immigrant community who find themselves entangled in the United States’ justice system.
Through its pro bono legal clinics and workshops, the Committee provides resources to assist community members with a wide range of legal issues and helps raise awareness about quality legal representation by connecting community members with appropriate legal services. The committee also supports the African diaspora and community, facilitating collaboration between ALG and other organizations in the Denver metro area to support appropriate reforms on issues that impact the African migrant community in Colorado.
