
Help Strengthen Support for African Immigrant Families in Aurora Public Schools
ALG is partnering with Aurora Public Schools (APS) to better understand the experiences of African immigrant families and the educators who serve them.
This effort includes two short surveys—one for APS educators and one for African immigrant families. The goal is to gather honest feedback that can help improve communication, strengthen relationships, and ensure that students and families feel supported, respected, and set up for success.
Collecting this information is an important step toward identifying what is working well and where additional support may be needed. Insights gathered through this process will help inform future strategies, programs, and partnerships within APS.
Participation is completely voluntary, and responses will be used to guide improvements at the school and district level.
