DESCRIPTION:The African Leadership Group (ALG) Legal Committee helps recruit and coordinate volunteer attorneys and legal professions to assist and enable Africans and the African immigrant community who find themselves entangled in the United States’ justice system. \nThrough its pro bono legal clinics and workshops\, the Committee provides resources to assist community members with a wide range of legal issues and helps raise awareness about quality legal representation by connecting community members with appropriate legal services.  The committee also supports the African diaspora and community\, facilitating collaboration between ALG and other organizations in the Denver metro area to support appropriate reforms on issues that impact the African migrant community in Colorado. \nREGISTER HERE: https://buff.ly/3P1K2mR
