In this group\, students are able to discuss about their struggles with identity and challenges in school\, at home and in their communities. \n\n\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of ALG’s vision and mission and the impact the organization has on the community. \n\n\nUnderstand cultural trends that influence and affect adolescents and their families. and know how to obtain and use tools to implement change and be a good representative of their communities. \n\n\nCreate multi-generational relational programs and curriculum that enable a sense of curiosity and wonder. \n\n\nBe challenged to live beyond the status quo be actively involved in seeking information that will help them grow not only as individuals but as citizens of the world.
